*Q: What is body resonance?
A: Studies show that each part of our body has its own resonance frequency. Physiological processes like our heartbeats and respirations, produce these vibrations. Together, our organs, tissues, and body fluids vibrate in unison to help create a healthy state (homeostasis). At times, our bodies fall out of this harmony.
